Some work cannot be described. It is discovered in the rehearsal room. This room has about twenty people in it: actors, singers, designers, composers, movers all. There will be stories, songs, dances. There will be stillness, inexplicable beauty, the expression of complex emotions, gorgeous language, comedy, earnestness, and tears. It will not be something you’ve seen before or could have imagined by reading a description of it. Right now, we don’t know what this work is because we have yet to get into the room together. Rinde Eckert has been in such rooms all his life making provocative work. Join us as we venture into this creation of a new theatrical piece!
This is an Emerson Stage production.
